Proof is in the Profit - My Holdem Profits
In this section, I post my monthly poker profits from playing Texas Holdem. Ever since this site
was created, I've been showing my profit by month, to illustrate how deploying a solid no limit Texas
Holdem strategy can make you money. And making money is fun. So, I'll be updating this section
every month to show my profits both in online Texas hold'em, brick and mortar poker rooms, and home
games.
One of the problems I had with some of the Texas Holdem strategy sites out there, was that I didn't
believe their strategies were sound. Not to mention, there was very little solid content when it
came to no limit Texas Holdem. My goal was to walk the talk, and post my own results playing no
limit Texas Holdem. I hope I always have positive results, but I won't alter the truth to save face. I
know, over the long run, that poker is very profitable. You can't always win, but most online players
are losing players. I like my odds.

Update - Sorry folks, as you can see, I stopped updating my profits at the end of 2004. This chore just became
too tedious to track all my earnings each month. FTR has grown tremendously over the last year and it has kept
me very busy with all the other maintenance and updates I have to do. But, just to let you all know, I am still
playing poker, both online and in the brick and mortar casinos. I am still a profitable player. I have moved up
in stakes, but am still playing the low-stakes game, and crushing it. I am also playing the cheap sit-n-go's at
Party Poker for fun while I watch TV (I'm doing very well at those, too). Although I don't do a very good job
at keeping detailed stat's, I basically monitor my success in real dollars. I still am not making any deposits,
just withdrawals.
